My mom has been creative (at 245am) and has added a Guest Book to the very very bottom of the page (to be as discreet as possible with the massively huge fonts). Exersaucer

I have discovered the joys of the exersaucer. I spin in circles and jump and screeeeeeeeeeeech at my toys. I have can touch the bottom and push myself off and jump which scares me and then makes me laugh. Tomorrow I'm supposed to visit with my daddy but I'm not sure if he is coming or not.

I'm getting two teeth and they still haven't cut through yet, but mom says she can see them right at the gumline. I drool enough to flood my tray on the exersaucer.

I'm still spitting up after every feed, but its not as much as it used to be. Today I spit up on the tray of the exersaucer and then spread it allllll over the tray with my toys before mom got it cleaned up.

I go to the doctor on Thursday. I've had the sniffles for a couple of days and mom has been giving me Dimetapp which seems to help but my nose is still runny. Yech!

Aug 20

I'm growing like a weed! I'm almost 20 lbs! Mom is going to have to get me a new car seat soon. I have my first bad set of the sniffles too :( Mom has been giving me Dimetapp which I hate.

I've learnt how to blow rasperries (and bubbles) and I talk a _lot_. I have been saying Hi and Mama but I'm not really sure what I'm saying.

Sleep deprivation

I've been trying to stay awake as long as I can these days which is making mom crazy. I used to sleep from 10 pm til 830am and then up for a bottle and about an hr and then back to sleep until noon. Then back to bed for 2 hrs around 5pm. Then bed at 10... Now, I sleep til 8, up for 2-3 hrs, sleep for an hr, then nap around 7pm for an hr, then bed whenever I exhaust myself from screeching. Mom has tried every trick, but I am determined to stay awake. I might miss something!

Tonight, I decided to wait until 1:23am! I finally fell asleep because someone else was rocking me. New trick for mom...find someone else.

Speech Pathology

Today I participated in a speech study at the University. They study how 6 month olds react to various changes in objects with sizes and colours. It was pretty neat however, I just liked the growing black dot, not the colours.

I turned 6 months old on Tuesday and had to get needles...again. I had a fever for most of yesterday and Tuesday but I am feeling much better today.

Mom found these teething drops called Camilia and they are great. They are homeopathic and have chamomille and belladonna in them which instantly knocks me out and makes my teeth not hurt. Doesn't stop the faucet of drool though.
